Tasting Notes
Lambrusco has got such a bad name in Australia and we understand why. This wine, however, should not be judged in the same category as those sickly sweet, viscous and flabby Lambruscos of old. This is dry and rich with tangy acidity and a bead that will seduce the pants off anyone. To be drunk with cheese and charcuterie. - Chris L
