This is a fresh, fun Gris with enough silky tannin and acidity structure to add complex touches. Colour is like a red rose or dark pink, from extra fermentation time on skins. Fruity (like strawberry, raspberry, guava) yet giving a dry mouthfeel; no stalk. Would love a picnic or fresh grilled fish and salad. 11.5% alc. Fine & Fun. - Michael L
