Tasting Notes
This wine is a blend of 52% malbec, 38% petit verdot and 10% merlot, all grown on Mangan Vineyard. It has had no fining and has spent 7 months in 15% new oak. Hand harvested and naturally fermented, it is a wine which reflects the land where it is grown. Dense ripe mulberry pie with chocolate crème and thyme trimmings. Mineral ironstone base notes. - Distributor Note
