Tasting Notes
This is the third Millésime made by Guillaume Selosse (Anselme handed over this wine first as part of the transition) and it is the wine where he has had the greatest impact. This vintage is the first to include fruit from all six villages: Avize, Cramant, Le Mesnil Sur Oger, Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Ay and Ambonnay. The varietal blend is 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir. Bottle-aged for 10 years before disgorgement. - Importer Note
