When I think of this Shiraz from O'leary I think of a wine that wears two hats. At one time the wine is moderate in body and at another it is bold. It all comes down to the food that's present. Drink it with red meat and the wine becomes more elegant, drink it with white meat and the wine becomes a bruiser. A lesson for us all. Delicious, with red meats. - Chris L
