Tasting Notes
Showing typically Adelaide Hills notes of forest floor and savoury red cherries, there is a melow-ness and tightness to the structure that is likely to be indicative of the cooler vintage in 2011. There are flavours of red cherries, some spiced notes, crunchy acidity and the mid-palate plumps out finishing with fine-grained tannins that add enough complexity to make for a rather enjoyable Pinot. This is all about value-for-money.This negociant brand come to us courtesy of a friend. Sourced from the cooler climates in and around the Adelaide Hills from family vineyards. Shhh, it's a secret.
