
Tasting Notes
Predominantly Sangiovese with a smattering of Canaiolo and Ciliegiolo, the 2014 Pacina Rosso is everything that's right about 'natural' wine. Organically farmed with minimal winemaking intervention and extended ageing in cement vat, old barrique and botte. Red berries, subtle spice and earthy tannins give this wine a sense of freshness while still retaining some serious depth. Great value! - Nick F
