Tasting Notes
Looking better every year! An evolving style made in Heathcote in a joint venture with the Northern Rhone Graillot family, I see the best of the local soils and the winemaking input of Rhone spice. This year tastes of medium bodied blue fruits with spices (five spice maybe), mineral (iron) and fine chalky tannin. Restrained 13% alc. So glugable! - Michael L
