A Tassie rendition of a classic old-world Pinot Grigio from one of our favourite winemakers, Anna Pooley. Picked early with a focus on balance in the bottle. Expressive in the glass, green pear and a myriad of stone fruit on the nose let you know you are in for a good time. Delicate texture and length, with flavours firmly in the stone and orchard fruit spectrum, supported by hints of cinnamon spice. A generous wine with a touch of residual sweetness to fill out the fruit profile framed by a natural line of acid. - Pete L
