In my case, a decadent Black Truffle Gin, with fresh local truffle front and centre. To complement the truffle: Juniper Berries, Coriander Seed, Orris Root, Flaked Salt and Black Pepper. This is a savoury gin, best enjoyed neat or with a splash of soda (garnished with sage). I've been playing around with a Black Truffle Martini recipe, which works really nicely: 60ml Black Truffle Gin, 10ml Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth, small dash of Olive Brine, stirred on ice and strained in to a martini glass with an olive garnish.
