Welcome to the new Annandale Cellars Loyalty Program! Everyone’s welcome, everyone wins!

 

How it works?

It’s works like a frequent flyer program. When you buy wine, you earn points. The more points you have, the more credit you have to spend in-store or online at Annandale Cellars.

Am I a member already?

Possibly. If you have an active customer account with us then you are a member.

 

How do I check if I’m a member?

Either come in-store and ask, or you can check online through our website. 

To check online, follow these steps:

1. Visit acellars.com.au
2. Click the REWARDS button at the bottom-left of screen
3. Click SIGN-IN
4. Enter your email address and password (you might need to create a password if it’s your first time logging in online)
5. Click the REWARDS button at the bottom-left of screen again
6. Your points will show at the top of the screen if you have any

How do I become a member?

Come in-store or set up an account online.

To become a member through our website, follow these steps:

1. Visit acellars.com.au
2. Click the REWARDS button at the bottom-left of screen
3. Click JOIN NOW
4. Enter your details
5. Click CREATE

How do I earn loyalty points?

Every time you make a purchase in-store or online you earn loyalty points.

When purchasing in-store, let us know you’re a member. We’ll add your name to your order and the points will be added to your account.

When purchasing online, sign in to your account before you complete your purchase and the points will be added to your account.

 

How do I redeem my loyalty points?

You can redeem your accumulated points at anytime.

To redeem your points through our website, follow these steps:

1. Visit acellars.com.au
2. Click the REWARDS button at the bottom-left of screen
3. Click SIGN IN and enter your login details
4. Click the REWARDS button at the bottom-left of screen again
5. Click WAYS TO REDEEM > REDEEM
6. Toggle slide bar according to the amount of points you wish to spend and click REDEEM
7. Copy the Gift Card CODE and enter it at the checkout

Do my points expire?

Yes. All points will expire on June 30 of every year. So make sure you spend them! To help remind you, we’ll send you a notification via email that your points are expiring soon.
