The Oxidative + Under Flor collection is one of our favourite white wine collections full of curios from around the world that champion oxidative winemaking techniques. It's not for the faint hearted though - these wines are generally full bodied, intense and high in acidity, showing salty and nutty characteristics.
You'll find wines like Vin Jaune and Chateau Chalon wines from Jura in France, oxidative unfortified whites from Spain and an assortment of sous voile (not topped up and under flor) wines from around the world. These are unique wines and some of our favourite styles in the world.
