We offer Store Pick-Up at our bricks-and-mortar in Annandale, NSW (Sydney). Simply select "Store Pick-Up" at the Checkout and we'll send you a notification when it's ready to collect. Likely on the same day the order is placed.

We ship Australia-wide Monday to Friday using the best freight companies depending on your location and circumstances.

ACellars Driver - Local Delivery (within ~10km of Annandale, NSW)

Anonymous Freight - Sydney/Melbourne/Adelaide/Brisbane

Sendle - Sydney/Melbourne/Adelaide/Brisbane/Hobart/Perth and other major centers

Australia Post - Rural, PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers

If you preference one of these companies over another please let us know in your order comments and we'll do our best to oblige.

If you wish to use your own courier please let us know and we will happily assist in the pickup of your order, but we won't take responsibility for the delivery.

Please be mindful of the weather when placing your order. We will do our best to avoid sending wines in extreme heat, but due to the limited storage space in our store we can not hold off sending orders for an extended period of time.


 Christmas and New Year Period Deliveries

Deliveries in December are usually delayed. This coupled with the hot weather can be detrimental to all wine orders being sent anywhere in the country. For this reason we advise you to order outside of December (and preferably not in Summer) to ensure the arrival of your order in a timely manner and without jepardising the quality of the wine.

During December we will do our best to deliver all Sydney metro orders ourselves so they will get to you next day unless the next day is a Sunday or a Public Holiday.


Returns & Refunds

We take every precaution in our selection process to ensure that the wines we sell are fault-free but unfortunately sometimes corks and screw-caps fail. Please contact us and we will take every step to resolve the problem.

We have a 30 day return policy. If you really don't like the wine that you ordered contact us as soon as possible. Freight charges may apply.
