Fortified - Port - Tawny Port

Through hardship comes enlightenment. Tawny Ports are treated the "worse" out of all the Port styles yet they definitely have their charm. They are fermented, fortified and aged in barrel in an oxidative fashion, usually without topping up and often sit outside in the elements, giving the Port a dusty, developed and leathery character while still maintaining acidity and sweetness.
