Collection: Fortified - Sherry - Olorosso

Olorosso style Sherry is not aged under flor, but instead aged in casks in an oxidative manor using the more robust juice from the pressings of grapes. This method gives the Olorosso a richer, darker and more structured with flavours of dried fruits and sweet spice. Even though it is a dry fortified wine, it's concentration and viscosity can sometimes be confused for sweetness.
