Fermentation in steel tanks and then matured for another 9 months in steel tanks only. Further 3 months in bottle for refinement.
The nose shows bright fresh fruits of wild strawberry and some herbal notes. The palate also showing some lovely bright red fruits however a sophisticated velvet mouth feel shows more depth. Great fine tannin and acidity makes this very enjoyable drink. One of the tasters suggested that it was ” extremely quaffable and joyful” I would say it has a lot more character than that but either way it’s a great drink.
