Maxime Graillot now sources exclusively organic fruit for the Equinox from a friends vineyards neer Les Chênes Verts. Aged in large oak for an extra few months the palate shows oodles of blue-berry fruits and a reductive fuller character not typical of many other Croze-Hermitage Syrahs.

Not really showing the whole-bunch spices that I was expecting but rather more dense and full weighted.
