Slint Chardonnay 2014
Slinty and flinty… That’s right- the name is in the tasting note! Yummo Chardy, no malo and brightly crunchy because of it. It’s lees packed with nuttiness and packed the mid-palate with creamy charm but essentially zippy and taut, slinty, saline and refreshing.

A Forest Pinot Noir 2014
Although 100% whole bunch, this wine isn’t stemmy or stalky, but tort fruited with a summery crunch of delicious Pinot fruit. Using only 777, 115 and 114 clones shows in the wines prettiness and the hands off minimal oak usage shows through in the fleshy fragrant palate of the wine.

Fugazi Grenache 2014
It’s on the lean end of Grenache but jeez it’s tasty! Packed with flavour and aroma that’s alluring with every sip. Hints of aniseed, smells of plum and tastes of plum skin which powder coats the entire palate like talcum powder to a baby’s bottom- its the balm!

186 Grenache 2014
Barrel fermented single vineyard wine with the barrel heads cut off then put back in place during ferment with a ridiculous amount of time on skins.
It’s lean and light with so much prettiness you’ll find yourself have another bottle before you know it. A delightfully fun wine but dig a lite deeper and you’ll find it is complex and cerebral.
