The 2006 is without a doubt the freshest aged Australian Riesling I have ever experienced. Usually at 9 years of age Australian Riesling tends to show those secondary kerosene and sheep wool aromas, but not this one. It's still fresh and lively, with the palate showing extended integration to a seamless wine. It's length and flavour persistence are next to none. Incredible!
