Valentine's Day is coming up this Saturday and we have the perfect bottle of bubbles for you to share with your partner (or drink by yourself).

The De Saint Gall Champagne is insanely good value for money - we usually have it on the shelves for just under $100 but we have extended our NYE promo which brings it down to $80! It's becoming increasingly difficult to find good Champagne at this price these days so this one really is a no-brainer! If you want something a bit fancier the Egly-Ouriet is always incredible and will always have a spot on our shelves. Rich and opulent.

Stepping outside of Champagne, the Champalou sparkling Chenin Blanc from Vouvray is ridiculously good with mouth-watering acid, fresh and baked apple characteristics and some leesy biscuity goodness.

From Australia, the DAOSA Natural Reserve from Piccadilly Valley in the Adelaide Hills and Nadeson Collis Inception from Geelong are Champagne-slayers delivering quality that you would normally have to pay twice as much for in Champagne.

Finally, the Mazzolino is a wonderful Blanc des Noirs made from 100% Pinot Nero just south of Milan (a bottle of this and the Winter Olympics?) Beautiful Pinot fruit with some tasteful autolytic richness.
