Valencia produces a wide range of wine styles, from fresh Mediterranean whites to structured inland reds. While historically known for bulk production, quality-focused producers are redefining the region. 

LOCATION: 
Eastern Spain along the Mediterranean coast. 

TERROIR: 
Coastal Mediterranean influence combined with higher-altitude inland vineyards. Soils range from limestone to sandy and clay-based profiles. 

VARIETIES: 
Bobal is the key red grape inland, with Garnacha also important. Whites include Merseguera and Moscatel.
