Leonardo Erazo from A Los Vinateros Bravos is a unique personality of the Chilean wine scene. He works with dry-grown, ancient vineyards in the Itala Valley employing biodynamic principles but also engaging with local farmers who have generations of experience in the region. The wines are produced naturally in the cellar with the utilisation of natural yeasts, no additions except sulfur at bottling and no fining of filtration.
