Bourboulenc is a French white grape variety grown mainly in the south of France in the regions of the Rhone, Languedoc and Provence. It's late ripening as it holds it's acidity well, which means it's well suited to those warmer climates. It is fairly rare to see it as a straight variety, it is usually blended.
