Collection: Chile

Chile is one of the most important wine producing countries of South America with a climate that is heavily influenced by the Pacific Ocean and the Andes mountain range. Chile is perhaps best known for their Bordeaux blends but also for their signature variety called Carmenere which came from Bordeaux, was thought to be extinct following the Phylloxera outbreak and then rediscovered in Chile in the 90s. There is also some good quality Pinot Noir and Syrah being made as well some notable Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
