Domaine Gavoty is a historic family estate in Provence, with winemaking roots that trace back to the 18th century. Situated in the commune of Cabasse, inland from the Mediterranean coast, the domaine encompasses around 50 hectares of vineyards planted on limestone and clay soils, surrounded by forest and garrigue.
