Domaine Servin is one of the historic names of Chablis, with family roots in the region dating back to the 17th century. Based in the town of Chablis itself, the estate remains family-run and today is overseen by François Servin, who continues a long tradition of producing wines that are deeply tied to their terroir.

The domaine owns over 30 hectares of vineyards, spanning Petit Chablis through to several premier and grand cru sites. Among their holdings are parcels in Montée de Tonnerre, Bougros, Les Preuses and Blanchot, alongside top village sites like Les Pargues. This broad palette of terroirs allows Servin to showcase the full range of Chablis expressions – from vibrant, early-drinking styles to complex, age-worthy bottlings.

Viticulture follows traditional methods with close attention to vineyard health, and in the cellar both stainless steel and oak are used depending on the cuvée. The aim is always balance: preserving Chablis’ hallmark minerality and tension while allowing texture and complexity to develop through careful élevage.
