After the Second World War, the family began to restore the vineyard to its former glory. Now, 50 year old vines deliver wine of impressive concentration. Only local politics prevents it from being restored to its rightful status. Seventh generation custodian François Servin certainly lavishes Premier Cru attention on Les Pargues, ensuring the honeyed minerality of great Chablis and years of pleasure ahead.
