Elise Bougy is a rising star among Champagne's new wave of female grower-producers, known for her commitment to organic and biodynamic farming and minimal intervention winemaking. Based in the Premier Cru village of Les Mesneux, she crafts elegant and precise Champagnes that authentically express their unique terroirs. 

Elise Bougy took over her family's three-hectare estate in 2016, following her oenology studies in Dijon. Driven by a mission to restore harmony and biodiversity to the vineyards, she quickly transitioned the estate to organic farming (certified in 2022) and adopted biodynamic practices in 2021. Her dedication earned her recognition as a 2023 laureate of the Prix des Artisanes, celebrating her exceptional craftsmanship.
