Collection: Giuseppe Rinaldi
Giuseppe Rinaldi is one of Barolo’s most revered traditional estates, based in the town of Barolo itself and long regarded as a benchmark for authenticity, integrity and soulful winemaking. Founded in the late 19th century, the domaine was shaped by the late Beppe Rinaldi—known affectionately as Citrico—whose fierce independence and devotion to tradition made him a legend of the Langhe. Today, the estate is run by his daughters Marta and Carlotta, who continue to uphold the family’s philosophy with quiet determination and precision.
The Rinaldi vineyards encompass some of Barolo’s most prized crus, including Brunate, Le Coste, Ravera and Cannubi (Bussia in some years), all farmed organically and without chemical intervention. The wines are vinified in the classic style: spontaneous fermentations, long macerations, and extended élevage in large Slavonian oak botti. There is no modern filtration or cosmetic polish—just patience, care and an unbroken thread of tradition.
Rinaldi’s wines are profound yet transparent, combining the structure and longevity of classic Barolo with aromatic lift and soulful nuance. They remain among the purest expressions of Nebbiolo and the enduring spirit of the Langhe.
