Collection: Guttarolo Carsia

Christiano Guttarolo's been producing wine on the limestone soils of the Murge Plateau in Puglia since 2004. The vineyards are farmed organically and by hand with absolutely no additions made to the wines in the celllar. These are natural wines from southern Italy at their best. The wines are lighter than most from Puglia due to the 400m elevation of the plateau as well as the less extractive techniques used in the cellar. They are a real treat to drink. - Importer Note
