Collection: Toolangi
Toolangi Vineyards is a Yarra Valley estate established in 1995, with vineyards planted on fine clay-loam soils at Dixons Creek in the northern reaches of the region. The name “Toolangi” comes from a local Aboriginal word meaning tall trees, reflecting the surrounding landscape. The vineyard is dry-grown and managed sustainably, producing low-yielding fruit of intensity and balance.
The focus is firmly on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, alongside smaller plantings of Shiraz, with fruit previously supplied to some of the region’s most acclaimed producers before Toolangi established its own label. Today, the wines are made in collaboration with leading Yarra winemakers, with a restrained, site-driven approach: hand harvesting, wild ferments, careful oak use and minimal intervention to preserve purity and finesse.
Toolangi’s wines are recognised for their clarity and elegance, offering a clear expression of Yarra Valley terroir—bright, finely structured and built for both early enjoyment and shorter-term ageing.
