Liberte is 100% Pinot Noir based Champagne that is extremely rare with under 300 bottles being produced. Expect a copper-like colour and plenty of savouriness behind the fruit. It's aged in barrel and is a powerful, intense and bone-dry Champagne that shows hard orchard fruit and wild strawberry. The palate is crunchy, intense and textural with a long finish. Serve this one in a Burgundy glass to unleash the aromatics (I even gently decant it) - Chris L
