Collection: Herve Jestin
Hervé Jestin's personal project, established in 2006, reflects his deep, even poetic, relationship with nature and the vine. After an extensive career as cellar master for major houses like Duval-Leroy, Bollinger, and Moët & Chandon, Jestin pursued a philosophy that goes beyond standard organic practices. He believes in listening to the wine and working in harmony with natural and cosmic cycles, aiming to create wines with exceptional vitality and energy that "resonate" with human beings.
For his own label, Jestin sources grapes from top biodynamic growers like Vincent Laval (Cumières) and David Léclapart (Trépail), as well as his own small vineyard, the Clos de Cumières. The winemaking approach is highly personal and non-interventionist.
