Tasting Notes
Tôt ou Tard is pure Poulsard from clay soils in the La Mulatière lieu-dit of Arbois. The grapes are carefully destemmed by hand and undergo a natural fermentation with a three-week maceration before being pressed into 600L barriques. Bottled without added sulphur and rested for six months prior to release, it captures Poulsard’s delicate character with a lifted, vibrant expression and a fine sense of authenticity. - Pete L
