Tasting Notes
A lean, savoury, exciting Pinot pulled from three sites across Gippsland. Most of it comes off the old dry-grown MV6 at Nicholson River, some of the oldest Pinot vines in the region, and here's the kicker: this is the last vintage he'll get the fruit, because Bass Phillip have started taking all the fruit. There's a faint green edge running through it that only adds to the interest. Fresh, detailed and a little different. - Pete L
