Collection: Shobbrook

Tom Shobbrook is a Barossa boy who makes wines in a rather different way to most of the other winemakers there. He picks a tad earlier than most, he makes the wines without too much winery magic and he tries not to extract too much colour and alcohol. His wines are lighter and more elegant as a result. Shobbrook Wines are made from the fruit sourced from his family blocks and the Didi Wines are made from the fruit taken from the vineyards of friends elsewhere in the Barossa and surrounding regions of Adelaide Hills and Eden Valley.
