Tasting Notes
This one comes out of Kangaroo Ground on those dark volcanic soils. It pours a lighter, see-through red and opens with a warm, slightly smoky nose. The fruit sits in that juicy zone with blood orange, pomegranate and plum coming through nicely. There’s a bright line of acidity and a bit of grip from the tannins that keeps everything tidy and balanced. Rich enough to be satisfying but still fresh and lively in the glass. - Pete L
