Collection: Vodopivec

The 6 hectare, organically farmed vineyard is solely planted to the variety Vitovska, a rare and almost extinct variety of Friuli in Italy's north-east. These wines see up to 12 months of skin contact in amphora, yet are so delicately handled you can expect an elegant, ethereal and fine wine. They age brilliantly over time in a good cellar where they build in weight, flavour and intensity. - Chris L
