Tasting Notes
A savoury expression of Burgundian Pinot Noir that comes out of its shell with a bit of air. Decant and serve. - Chris L
Oka is my sister's horse; this superb Auxois witch bravely, quietly, works the soils of my best plots. This cuvée is a tribute to hard work, a meaningful value for us growers. The aging is done in French oak barrels for 14 to 18 months. The wine is racked with air once during the aging. We use only use barrels for this wine. We bottle the wine with out finning filtration, and following the moon calendar. - Winery Note
