Ada is the label of James Ellis, assistant winemaker at Gentle Folk. This Barossa Valley Grenache is fermented with a little whole bunch and basket pressed to old barrels. It's slick dark cherry fruits upfront are complimented by bright acidity and fine boned tannins. Juicy and tasty. - Chris L
