Tasting Notes
Certified organic Valpolicella out of Verona, and about as classic as the style gets. The blend is the traditional mix led by Corvina Grossa and Corvina with Rondinella and a little Molinara behind them, giving red fruit and a touch of spice on the nose and a palate that is soft without ever being subtle. Good freshness and it finishes smooth and easy. One for anyone who wants Valpolicella done straight rather than dressed up. - Pete L
