Tasting Notes
The tighter more mineral focus of the single vineyards.More green apples and light stonefruits with delicate white florals notes through the palate, finishing with classic spice and suprisingly dry finish. Perfect for antipasto.
Adami is one of the benchmark producers of Prosecco, founded in 1920 by Abele Adami in the village of Valdobbiadene, the heart of the region’s steep hillside vineyards. Still family-run today under the third generation, the estate has long been dedicated to expressing the best sites of Valdobbiadene DOCG, with holdings in celebrated crus such as Col Credas and Col Fondo. Their vineyards, planted mainly to Glera on high, sloping hillsides with marl and limestone soils, benefit from cool nights and a unique microclimate that preserve freshness and aromatics.
Adami focuses exclusively on sparkling wines, vinified with meticulous attention to detail. Fruit is harvested by hand, fermentations are temperature-controlled to retain aromatics, and each cuvée is blended with precision to highlight both site character and balance. The range spans crisp, dry bottlings through to off-dry styles, all marked by purity, elegance and vibrant acidity.
Today, Adami is considered a reference point for Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore, producing wines that combine approachability with depth, and consistently showcasing the finesse possible in the region’s hillside vineyards.
