A fine Chilean red from ancient vines, driven by a potpourri of sweet and savoury spices and herbs, with plenty of darker fruits in the background. Followed by fine, yet full, chalky tannins. 13.5% alc. Food matches for me are in the grilled red and white meats range. You won’t need to add spice to your food; this wine will do it for you.
