Tasting Notes
Beautifully pale in colour, the nose shows mandarin, orange, rose petal and minerality. The palate sings with a delightfully minerality and berry, cherry and herbal flutter. Lovely stuff.Vin de Provence AIX is located approximately an hour and a half north of the famous town of Aix en Provence. Some 45 hectares are planted to classic Provencal varieties such as Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. This is classic Provencal Rose.
