Tasting Notes
One of the more fascinating and mind-bending wines I've tried lately. It's 100% Palomino from Jerez, which is the grape and region that make Sherry in Spain, but it is vinified in another region as a table wine (not fortified). You can see the salty, saline character jump out of the glass as you would a nice Fino Sherry. It's refreshing and incredibly interesting. It's a hell of a lesson in terroir! - Chris L
