A favourite that is always in short supply. Vouvray with a modern mindset that balances the riper apple, hints of honey and broader orchard fruit flavours with ample acidity keeping it fresh and together. I’ve had a few bottles of this across multiple vintages and the wine needs air to fully reveal the depth and detail within, as it’s quite tight on opening. Please decant. - Pete L
