Tasting Notes
This is easily the best Mezcal I have ever tasted. Alipus is a project that works with small family run distilleries across Oaxaca. The San Juan del Rio bottling coming from the Cruz family extremely old fashioned facility that produces Mezcal in the traditional labor intensive way. This is a smokey, powerful and layered Mezcal that really blew me away. - Pete L
