Tasting Notes
First try for me of this interesting (new) Mornington - intense citrus, whole-bunch pressing and barrel ferment traits at opening. Changed with time from that tight intensity towards a rounder white stone-fruit mouthfeel, with acidity suggesting more years of good drinking ahead. 12.9% alc. A style that moves from mineral towards subtle fruit as it opens. Complex and value. - Michael L
