Tasting Notes
Amoise is a new project by Amy Farnsworth, originally from Canada. She settled in Hawkes Bay after a career working with one of Canada's premier wine importers. She caught the winemaking bug and ended up working 17 vintages at wineries across the globe and studied in Viticulture and Winemaking in Beaune, Burgundy. Her philosophy is fruit focussed and the bulk of her work is done in the vineyard ensuring that when it's time to make the wine there are no inputs required. She is a clean freak and has a very high attention to detail which is reflected in her wines. - Pete L
Beautiful and succulent blue fruits and violets abound in this glass of wine. The perfume is alluring and the palate is sumptuous. Naturally produced for everyone's enjoyment. - Chris L
