It's a litre! What's not to like?! Ampeleia is a Tuscan side project from Elisabetta Foradori. The vast majority of Tuscan reds are made from Sangiovese, but not this one. A blend of Alicante (Grenache), Carignano and Alicante Bouche come are fermented naturally and aged for a short time in stainless steel before bottling. The result, bright cherry berry goodness in a 1 litre bottle. It's so moreish the bottle will disappear right before your eyes. Yum! - Chris L
