Halte S is 100% Altesse... Get it? Took me longer than I'd like to admit. Altesse is a native variety to Savoie near the Swiss Alps and is something new from the Ganevat stable. This wine is aged in old oak for two years and is a very pure expression of the variety. - Pete L
